Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Important: This Cancellation & Refund Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. By booking services with Camere Wala™, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund provisions described below and in the Terms & Conditions.

1. Policy Overview

Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness to both clients and our professional team. All rules, timelines, and refund eligibility criteria are governed by Section 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy), Section 7 (Limited Refund Liability), and Section 18 (Force Majeure) of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Summary of Key Rules

  1. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund only if the event is scheduled 7+ days ahead.
  2. Cancellations made ≥10 days before the event may be adjusted as booking credit for future services within 6 months (management approval required).
  3. Bookings under ₹10,000 are non-refundable and non-adjustable after 2 hours of booking.
  4. No refunds for cancellations made within 10 days of the event unless explicitly approved by management.
  5. Once post-processing work (editing/album design) begins, cancellation fees of up to 50% or the percentage of work completed (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
  6. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where:
    • Critical data loss or corruption is caused solely by Camere Wala™.
    • The assigned photographer fails to reach the venue without replacement.
    • A verified major service failure directly attributable to Camere Wala™ occurs.

3. Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  2. Any bank charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Force Majeure

In case of uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):

  1. No refunds will be issued.
  2. The paid amount may be adjusted towards a future booking within 6 months, after deducting incurred costs (travel, accommodation, permits).

5. How to Cancel

  1. Email cancellations@camerewala.in with your booking ID and event details.
  2. Include “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the request according to the Terms & Conditions.
