Terms & Conditions

Important: These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Camere Wala™ (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).
By booking services, accessing our website, or communicating via our authorized channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including our
Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not proceed with bookings or use our services.
1. Entire Agreement and Acceptance
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Camere Wala™ and supersede any prior communications or representations.
- By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
- No verbal agreements or promises shall be binding unless documented in writing and signed by both parties.
2. Definitions
- Client: The individual or entity booking our services.
- Company: Camere Wala™ and authorized subcontractors.
- Event: Any wedding, function, corporate shoot, or other occasion for which services are booked.
- Deliverables: Edited photographs, videos, albums, and any other digital products will be provided post-event only after full payment has been cleared.
- Digital Products: Online galleries, files, or downloads produced as part of the service.
- Authorized Channels: Our official website and listed payment gateways.
3. Service Overview
- We provide professional photography, videography, drone, and related event services as described on our website.
- Food coverage is not included unless explicitly booked in advance.
- We strive to capture key moments but cannot guarantee coverage of every guest or activity.
- Artistic differences or personal style preferences do not constitute service failure.
4. Booking and Payments
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full advance payment.
- Final payment must be made on or before the event date.
- Payments must be made via our website or authorized gateways. No cash or direct payments to photographers are accepted.
- Payments made outside official channels are not recognized and Camere Wala™ is not liable for such transactions.
- Package prices and negotiated rates must not be disclosed to third parties for privacy reasons.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund only if the event is 7+ days away.
- Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event may be adjusted as credit towards future bookings within 6 months (management approval required).
- Bookings under ₹10,000 are non-refundable and non-adjustable after 2 hours of booking.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 10 days of the event unless explicitly approved.
- Once post-processing work begins, cancellation fees of up to 50% or actual work completed (whichever is higher) will apply.
6. Company’s Right to Cancel
- We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- The Client provides false information.
- Payments are not cleared on time.
- Misbehavior or safety issues arise during pre-event discussions or onsite.
- In such cases, deposits may be forfeited and legal action may be pursued for damages.
7. Limited Refund Liability
- Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases such as:
- Critical data loss or corruption caused solely by us.
- Assigned photographer failing to reach the venue with no replacement provided.
- Proven service failure directly attributable to Camere Wala™.
- Partial refunds may be considered if major coverage is missed despite cooperation.
- Subjective dissatisfaction or stylistic preferences do not qualify for refunds.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details (date, time, location, special instructions).
- Ensure adequate time and cooperation during shoots.
- Arrange all venue permissions and drone approvals in advance.
- No refund will be issued if coverage is disrupted due to missing permissions or access denial.
- Secure guest consent where required; we are not responsible for privacy disputes.
9. Meals and Team Welfare
- Clients must provide meals for our team during events.
- If meals are not provided, a charge of ₹500 per team member per day will apply.
- This must be paid during booking or settled onsite before event completion.
10. Extra Hours and Onsite Changes
- Packages include a fixed number of hours.
- Additional hours are chargeable hourly and must be prepaid before extending coverage.
- Onsite requests for additional photographers or services are subject to availability and extra fees.
11. Additional Coverage
- Any request for coverage beyond the originally agreed events must be communicated at least three (3) days in advance and shall be accommodated solely at the discretion of Camere Wala and subject to availability.
- Any such additional coverage, if approved, shall be billed at prevailing additional rates
12. Behavior and Safety
- Clients and guests must maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- In cases of harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions:
- Our team may stop coverage and leave immediately.
- All payments will be forfeited.
- No deliverables will be provided.
- Legal action may be taken for damages or threats.
13. Creative Direction
- Our team brings professional expertise and a distinct artistic style to every project. Clients engage our services with the understanding that creative direction and decisions will be made in the best interest of capturing the event beautifully.
- Specific shot requests are welcomed and should be shared in advance; while we make every effort to capture these moments, due to the dynamic nature of events, absolute fulfillment of every request cannot be guaranteed.
- We take all reasonable measures to document key moments comprehensively and are committed to delivering high-quality results that align with our professional standards.
14. Deliverables and Storage
- Edited media is delivered digitally within 10–30 business days unless otherwise agreed.
- Physical albums or drives are delivered per the booked package timeline.
- We store backups for up to 90 days post-delivery; retrieval requests after this may incur fees.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
- All media remains our property until full payment is made.
- Upon payment, Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights.
- Raw files are not shared unless separately contracted.
- Commercial usage requires prior written consent and additional licensing fees.
16. Promotional Use
- Unless opted out in writing before the event, you grant Camere Wala™ rights to use selected images/videos for portfolio and marketing purposes.
- Opt-out requests are fully honored and do not affect service quality.
17. Privacy and Confidentiality
- All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- VIP clients may request a separate NDA for confidentiality.
- We are not liable for data or details shared outside official channels.
18. Multi-Vendor Events
- We are not responsible for delays or conflicts caused by other vendors (decorators, DJs, etc.).
- No refunds or reshoots will be provided for disruptions caused by third parties.
19. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or uncontrollable events.
- Impacted bookings may be rescheduled within 6 months after deducting incurred costs (travel, accommodation, permits).
20. Limitation of Liability
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as emotional distress or lost opportunities.
21. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Camere Wala™ harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from breaches of these Terms, venue restrictions, or third-party disputes.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
23. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in Delhi, India, before resorting to litigation.
24. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi, India.
